Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AEC Nexus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts may be registered as a Client (buyer/bounty poster) or Developer (seller/solver).

3. Script marketplace

  • Developers retain ownership of scripts they upload and grant buyers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased scripts.
  • All uploads undergo automated and manual security review before listing. Listings may be rejected or removed at the Platform's discretion.
  • Purchases grant an immediate download. Because scripts are digital goods, sales are final except where a script is materially defective or misrepresented.

4. Bounties and escrow

  • Bounty funds are collected when a developer is hired and held in escrow by the Platform.
  • Funds are released to the developer when the client confirms the solution, or per the dispute process below.
  • Disputes are reviewed by the Platform; its determination on escrow release is final.

5. Fees and payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners. The Platform may charge listing, transaction, or escrow fees, which will be displayed before you commit to a transaction.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading malicious code, malware, or code that violates third-party rights.
  • Circumventing the Platform to avoid fees on transactions initiated here.
  • Misrepresenting the functionality, compatibility, or origin of a script or solution.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Scripts are provided by independent developers. Despite our review process, the Platform does not warrant that any script is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time; obligations arising from prior transactions survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
